HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY ORDER?
At the moment, we have events booked until 2018 so we recommend to book as soon as possible to ensure your desired pieces are available for your event date!
IS THERE A MINIMUM TO PLACE AN ORDER?
A Minimum order of $150 is required to place an order.
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO PLACE AN ORDER?
We ask for non-refundable 50% deposit, a signed rental agreement, and a credit card authorization form to reserve your items for your event date.
DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT YOUR SHOWROOM? WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Yes, an appointment is necessary and you can make one here! We are available for visits on Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm and on occasional weekends.
HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?
48 hours. Any time beyond the 48 hours will incur additional charges.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
Once you receive an invoice from us, you will have a 48 hour period to pay through our invoicing system.
How much will my DELIVERY be?
Prices range depending on location and the size of the order.
1-30 Miles: Starts at $50
30-50 Miles: Starts at $75
50-100 Miles: Starts at $100
Items that require more than one person will incur additional charges.
can i pick up my rental items?
Will call is only available for "petite" items (glassware, linen, accessories, etc.)
Will your drivers set up and take down the equipment?
Drivers only set up and take down hedges, furniture, and mirrors. All "petite" items (glassware, linen, accessories, etc.) are packaged and prepared for pick up by the client.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Changes can be made up to 2 weeks prior to the date of service. Changes made less than 2 weeks notice will incur an expedite fee.
What happens if items are damaged or lost?
Clients will be charged the replacement cost for damaged or missing items. Clients are responsible for the rented items from time of receipt until time of return. All items must be secured when not in use and protected from weather conditions at all times.
Do you provide styling?
We have a few stylist we refer to our clients to style our pieces.
What about calligraphy, do you do that too?
Tammy from Letters to You is our in house calligrapher. Prices depend on verbiage, size, and design.
